About Us:

Based in Destin Florida, Emerald Coast Accounting and Tax Services, LLC started as the dream of a mother and daughter who had the desire to open an accounting firm that could provide affordable and friendly services to all levels of businesses in the Florida Panhandle. That dream became a reality in the fall of 2002. As a new firm in the area, our mission was to form a collaborative bond with our client’s businesses and to be a major component of their growth. By providing all levels of accounting and bookkeeping services in a warm and friendly manner, we could grow along with them.

We pride ourselves in providing ethical and knowledgeable Accounting advice to our clients. In addition, our customers are more than just clients… they are friends. Although our Accounting team has grown over the years, we have carefully chosen our staff to ensure that our core values remain intact. Our CPA services are built integrity, honesty, and warmth…and our team is dedicated to help you succeed.

We provide all types of tax preparation service as well as bookkeeping and consulting needs. As a client of Emerald Coast Accounting and Tax Services you can choose the exact level of services desired to help your business succeed. We try to base our fees on a fixed bill system so that you will know the cost up front. Please call our office for an estimate.

Some of our most popular bookkeeping, accounting, and CPA services include:

  • QuickBooks training and consulting. Training will take place with one of our QuickBooks experts.
  • Bookkeeping services. Our staff can enter and pay bills, input invoices, receive payments, input deposits, reconcile accounts and prepare management use only financial statements for you. This service is based on your individual needs and you choose which of the above referenced bookkeeping services meet those needs.
  • Monthly or quarterly financial statements. By preparing your financial statements we will be overseeing your new bookkeepers input and putting a separation of duties in place to help with workplace internal controls. You will also receive the benefit of having a Certified Public Accountant reviewing your financial position each month. This fee starts at $150 per month.
  • Payroll Return processing quarterly.
  • Payroll processing on a weekly to monthly basis.
